****DO NOT USE THE AGENCY ILLAWARRA****I would highly recommend staying away from this agency. Definitely dont get a personal experience, they seem to try and get through as many customers as they are all about taking your money and not at all about the customers! As soon as that contract is signed see ya later. Agents run late for open house inspections, dont follow up within a timely manner on potential buyers or take care for your property.After selling a property with them I avoided anything listed with them like the plague when it came to re buying. When you are paying thousands of dollars for a horrible service yet are locked into a contract you are forced to stay with a company with no other choice. If someone believed so much in their service/ product you shouldnt have to force someone to be locked into something.Smug agents in their expensive suits driving their designer cars.If your service was so fantastic you wouldnt have to have your head plastered all over bus stops around the Illawarra and that stupid radio add to match, you would be able to go off word of mouth and save a substantial amount on advertising. STAY CLEAR OF THE AGENCY ILLAWARRA IF YOU KNOW WHATS BEST FOR YOU

Not in direct reference to this agency but mcgrath wollongong use to be there. N they were horrible.Also they have a property for lease 116 cowper st port kembla my advice dont rent this property. The owner is lazy irresponsible and wont pay contractors who have to fix his delapertated property. Ull be forced to share bins and n mailbox and deal with scum neighbours. Also this property at the bottom also doesnt contain a second fire exit will be riddled with mould and electrical issues and has an AC that runs between the walls of the property which will leak water into your walls. And its impossible to continue to get sleep there. This property needs to be knocked down and started again the owner is only interested in quick cash n not happy tenants
