Communication is incredibly slow and poor. some things communicated via text others via email and to different tennants, VERY DISORGANISED. Staff are rarely available to speak to on the phone or in the office making it more difficult to communicate. Inspections are very inconsistent, things not picked up in previous inspections become issues later and vice versa. Damage costs are pulled out of the air and when asked why no logical explanation is given. Would rather live in the back of a car than rent with ARRE again.Previous experiences with other real estate agents in Wollongong were significantly more professional.EDIT: in response to your reply, Gordon is an Alias so irresponsible and untrustworthy companies (such as yours) cannot obtain my personal details. Found out the hard way ARRE never inspected my property while under their management. High turnover of staff having to deal with different employees. Significantly poor communication. Stay away.
Perry and the team were great in selling me my first home. They were able to arrange a second inspection time very quickly and once I made an offer they kept me well informed about how things were progressing. Perry has always been willing to answer my questions and has made the process go smoothly.
