I wouldn't buy or sell, rent or have rentals managed through the Niceskis or deal in any capacity with any of their associated employees if they were the last agents left on the face of the planet. Unethical, dishonest liars, covering things up, as per below review: avoid like the plague. Seriously, take your money and RUN.
AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE.Rental property was very badly managed my Daniel Niceski, treating us, the owners and the tenants terribly. The tenants moved out and our property was UN leasable, but Daniel said it was all ok and did nothing to get new tenants.Lou and Suzi Niceski did all they could to cover up his incompetent handling and lack of professionalism.Daniel didn't follow procedure and has lost us the bond as well as avoided all our questions and tried to redirect us as to his having no knowledge of anything. He is the rental property manager.Don't use this agency unless you want to loose thousands of dollars, like us. I would rate them negative stars if I could.
I have purchased, sold and now lease my property through Elders Wollongong. Lou and the team are courteous, kind and very professional. I recently did some refinancing and needed a letter from the agency. I contacted Lou directly and I got what I needed within the hour emailed to me! Fantastic service and I recommend them to anyone. The staff are lovely.
As a new tenant, so far I've had an extremely positive experience with Hannah as my agent and with the whole place as a business. Hannah is right on to any issues I have, as in, once she's off the phone with me, she must call for maintenance straight away. Everything has been sorted for me the same day.... even the same HOUR. I'm grateful to have a good experience with a real estate, it makes moving so much less stressful, so thank you!
We bought a property over $500K wish I don't have to deal with this sales agent, not only the behaviour it's unacceptable but this sales agent its very unprofessional very unpleasant situation to deal with, we have tried to call to speak to the Principal to see if we could deal with other than this sales agent but we never heard from the Principal nor return phone calls what so ever they probably can't be bothered to return my phone calls, just make sure when you buy the property from this real estate agent to have your independent building and pest inspection yourself not the one that has been recommended by them, the sales guy I was dealing is so pushy so intimidated. We are not buying a peanuts you know, so as a buyer my self buying a property over $500k you have almost every right to know what needs to be done before signing the contract, on top of that we have made an offer and offer has been accepted by the owner but they still doing the open inspection without updating on line advertising that offer has been accepted, so unethical very very unprofessional think twice before you deal with this agent.
