I had such a great experience with their Property Management team, from beginning to end. Everyone knew what was going on with my application and it didn't matter who was in the office - my questions were answered.
Extremely worse experience.We meet the agnet of this agency twice.The first agent has showed us an very bad and impatient altitude; The agent asked us for medicare cards and she said " IF I HAVE IT , YOU MUST HAVE IT" with ignoring our suggestions and which is the fact as well several times that we are international stds here having prove of medicare insurances instead. Furthermore, she pressed us to leave when the meet towards end. Being Irrespect and very not professinal leaves us a very deep impression.Sencond agent has much better altitude and professional manner during the meeting, however, after we submitted our applications and documents, we didn't receive any response from the agent untill we send an e-mail to the agency to inquiry(3 weeks later). We are told that the responses had been send already and they are "applogised" for us.After checking all my e-mails since the date we submitted the applications, we are certain we did not receive any responses from the agency or the agent. And being keep waiting for the response, we are now in the situation of having no properties to live and/or further financial loss may happen to us. Please make sure if the applicants receive your responese and inform them by using multiple approaches. Providing both e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers simultaneously for you is not for you to just have a look. Use it, please. Supposing the agency should bring convenice to both landlord and tenant, I hope that i don't have to apply any properties from this agency again in the future according to what i have expericene right now.
