The five star rating is for Kylie McKenna/Bills, who totally looked after me through the eleven years of renting, first from Dougmal, then Cooper and Cooper. Do the right thing, and you'll be fine. Responsibility is a two way street. Pay your rent, on time every week, and don't be a nuisance and make life hard for others. I did just fine, even when everything wasn't pretty perfect. Be glad you have a roof over your head.
This company, Davco Realty trading as Cooper and Cooper are a nightmare. Do not do business with them. Too much to put in one complaint about this place, don't do it to yourself. Jessica White or Jessica King as she also goes by is the most unprofessional Property Manager I have ever encountered. Do not trust them with your personal information.
I rented a property with my partner the unnecessary drama that this agency put us through is unacceptable. Our roof panels literally blew away in heavy storms and nothing was done for 3 months after repeated requests forcing us to leave the premises.
I have had the worst experience renting through these parasites.They increased my rent 3 times in a one year period, they wont even replace a fly screen that was ripped & falling off before I moved in (even after repeated requests), the shared property I'm renting through them has looked like an abandoned lot for over 2 months now & my every attempt to get issues resolved has been met with complacency & a bad attitude by my property manager (Kylie McKenna).Save yourself a HUGE amount of hassle & take your business else where.
