Overcharged for a poor service + was told my tyres were bald (they were not) and needed replacing even though they were replaced 2 months prior to the service.A few moths later I went to another mechanic to get my hand break tightened and was told that the service wasn't even properly done.Being a young female, I think I was ripped off and taken advantage of for an incompetent service.As a uni student living out of home, I definitely cannot afford this happening again - so I will not be taking my car back here. Really upsetting.
These guys do a great job and let you know any costs upfront.
Left work for scheduled appointment, the Bridgestone tyres we'd agreed on weren't there. No phone call, no apology, just trying to sell me Kmart special tyres and giving me attitude when I said it was poor customer service. Back to Bob Jane for me.
Horrible customer service. New owners cant even speak proper English. My enquire was redirected three times because they couldnt even understand a simple task. Definitely lost my business.
Under new management. Took my car back for a free 10k check on tyres. Guys were flat out and overbooked because someone went home sick, and they were still friendly and professional. The car drove much better afterwards too. 5/5I'll leave the old review (1/5) below. Well played Kmart... Go elsewhere... Kmart's own site claims good reviews, but I can't leave a review there... So, It appears that they just put new tyres on and sent me on my way... no reports provided and had to go back twice for a re-balance. The first time, on the highway for the first time and the whole car wobbled at 90Km/hr+... I pulled over and called and they said just bring it in this afternoon and we will have a quick look at it... When I got there, the same person (store manager) then told me I would have to wait hours... what!? So, I had to make a booking for a quick 10 minute job with a guy who claims to have 45 years experience balancing tyres... After the re-balance was done the next day, the report (I caught the guy as he drove my car back out) was that 3 wheels were significantly out (by 10, 10 and 15 mm!!!). I still have no report on the alignment... they say that they do not provide these reports unless you specifically ask for it beforehand, and, they have no printing capacity (i.e. they will be hand written).Never again
