It is all about trust.Even for those of us who think we know a bit about cars it is difficult to know if you are being told the car needs this or that doing to it because it is important or the repair shop wants money. At 1st Choice you can trust what they advise. I send my daughter there and beyond what fuel the car takes she knows nothing about cars.You will often see a particular organisation's cars there - a large range of different cars; V8 Holdens to Nissan Patrols. These people need cars that are very reliable and totally safe. If they trust 1st Choice to service their cars I know they have the technical skills to look after my family's collection.
I googled yesterday afternoon pink slip Wollongong. I called about 6 places and I was told they are all busy can do pink slip next week. 1st Choice was only one who told me to come in anytime. I came in this morning and I received a big smile and beautiful words saying: YES WE CAN. PLEASE GIVE US 5-10 MIN. I went to get my coffee right next door. I drank it only half way and my car was ready to be picked up. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE !!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH GUYS :)
