The mechanic wanted to fail our green slip. Quoted many things wrong with the car. He was talking that the car would cost us 4-6 K to fix. We got 2 further opinions for separate mechanics, the car through rego, and there were some minor repairs which set us back less than 1000$. We question honesty after these quotes.
I feel very comfortable as a woman using this mechanic. I feel that they are very honest, and Nick is lovely. They explain what they are doing and give good advice. They will even give you a lift into town after you drop your car off. I will not take my cars anywhere else now.
