I've been going here for about a year now. Honest and reliable mechanics with great customer service. It's fantastic having a mechanic I can trust!
It would take me all day to type the ongoing issues but let me just say that the job that originally was to take 2 days took 2 weeks. There was no communication on Greg's part unless I was to phone to find out when my car was ready. After forking out $1000 the problem came back. When I returned it to be rectified I was told to pay another $250 and another 2 days of waiting for my car back. Obtained a second opinion and was found the dodgy workmanship of cutting bolts shorter than required and not tightening the bolts either.I have heard of some negative stories after taking my car there but now I have experienced it first hand.The only thing going for this business is the location for convenience for people travelling by train to go to work.
They got the job done, nothing special though.
