Room is spacious and has a nice balcony with a view of the golf course. Front desk is professional and helpful. However, parking is not included and will incur extra cost.
Second stay here when it was Sage hotel years ago hotel rooms are nice, and the breakfast is good car park plentiful. Only major issue was the lifts. One lift was down when we stayed an it took forever for it to arrive an it clashed with linen service people who use it. If you are going to stay there I would base my self on Level 4. Overall it's close to everything if you want a quick bit Illawarra RSL is down the road.
Perfect location and the room was great. We thought that the beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were very modern. There was a nice selection of food at the buffet breakfast. Very reasonable price for the quality of the stay. We would definitely stay again.
We stayed at Sage Hotel for 1 night on the weekend by a recommendation of the groom as we were attending a wedding in the area and was very impressed with the front office staff that had us checked in early (midday) without any hesitation as soon as he found out that the room was available. 5-star for the service. Room was very clean including the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Great location. A bit of a queue at check out time (close to 10am) with only 1 staff and then another staff came in to assist with the check out. Overall very happy with our stay and will definitely come back again.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also generous to upgrade us as well. We had a small issue which they attended to quick and with profession. Room was also great and view was amazing. I would definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality..
