An excellent buffet in a very pleasant setting. The service was friendly and efficient. When the restaurant filled up it became quite noisy, but the "rush hour" came and went over about 45 minutes and since we lingered over out anniversary lunch for about two hours, we outlasted the crowd and thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Stayed in the ocean view room with no balcony, the room had a stunning view two window panoramic of the ocean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice when we checked in and were given complimentary beverage vouchers for the Lobby Bar. The Lobby Bar was inviting and the beverages were priced well. The hotel opposite the beach and a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The in room dining options were minimal with no breakfast options. The only down side to our room was that it was right on top of Pepe's which had loud music until the early hours of the morning, it was difficult to sleep with the music blaring and it is advised that in future the hotel advises people staying on a Friday or Saturday night in that room as it was unpleasant.
Great venue and great accommodation. I attended a conference here and it has comfortable rooms with great views. Meals were fantastic and so were the buffet breakfasts with plenty of options.
We have been coming to the hotel for many years for different reasons!We love styling and creating flowers for Novotel couples as the wedding and events team is fantastic. Always friendly, approachable and professional. We love staying at the hotel as its always a good nights rest and the breakfast in windjammers is delicious! Definitely recommend the team at Novotel.
