Staff can be rude and dismissive, the customer service I receive here was terrible each visit.
it has to worse telephone communication system no human's to take the call then the center link says find s job we're when the system is all that answers your call well done government

I've never had a huge problem here, just some of the workers can be extremely rude and ignorant yet some are very polite and understanding. Waiting times are generally pretty long though and it can get quite crowded with lines leading out the door.
Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the staff - incredibly rude, lazy and dismissive. The lady at the customer service desk this afternoon would not even acknowledge my request to open an online account with Centrelink, claiming thats not urgent and asking me to come back in the morning. When I tried to explain that I have taken two hours out of my day to come and see them and that I wont be able to make it tomorrow morning or any other morning due to work commitments, she could not care less. The lack of respect she shows for her customers is appalling.I must add I was there well before closing time and there was almost no other customers around. The irony is that an online account would allow me to claim without coming in to take up her far too precious time in the future.
