Just picked up my car after a recall today, service was absolutely terrible! If the ladies in the service department were as concerned with the serviing as they were about discussing their personal lives then myself and the other 3 people wouldnt have to wait for them to finish the conversation. I realise me expecting them to do their job is totally out of line so I apologised for bothering them when I did finally get served, if no stars was an option I would have clicked that instead. Hopefully the rest of their days works out, no seriously! Next time Ill take a chair with me in case I miss the start of the story so they can go back and start it again for me... you guys are a joke
Useless in the service department. Charged to find a problem which they still didn't actually find the problem and then had the hide to say for another $900 we can work out what the problem is. Not impressed
If you buy a car from them they will drive you crazy with the service. Always trying to get you to add extra items to the service that will cost you more money. Not convinced that what they suggest is needed on a new car.
I admire efforts of present team of Service Department ( fourth since August last year) to please their customers with trying very hard and still delivering extremely mixed results.Good luck within revolving doors.
