Broken rear left window on my Audi Q3 I contacted the Audi service centre in Wollongong to obtain a quote on having the glass repaired. Spoke to Tony who quoted me on the glass, but then said I have to take the car somewhere else to have it tinted. I then asked how much to fit the glass. He advised me that because it was a small job, I would be better off taking the car to a "smash repairs" shop to have it fixed, as Audi would likely be very expensive, would charge a "mark up" price, and the job was a bit small for them. Still waiting for Tony to call me back for an actual quote (3 days ago). Disappointed I cant have my Audi fixed at the Audi Service Centre and instead have to take it to 3 separate places to have it fixed. Clearly Audi service centre don't want me to service my Audi there anymore, nor do they want me to buy my Second Audi from them.
Went there for an oil top up for my Audi A6. Was expecting it to be free, as has been the case for me in all the years I've owned an Audi (regardless of dealership). However on this occasion I was forced to buy a 5 litre container of oil for almost $100 (pretty much useless to me). They justified this by telling me I was not a customer of theirs, hence the need to charge me. I was NEVER a customer at most dealers I went to for a top up before and they never forced me to buy any oil, let alone 4 litres more than my car needed. Disappointed. Overall a forgettable very un-Audi like experience. Audi cars consume oil, it should be the responsibility of ANY dealer to maintain this inconvenient artifact of the car process. Glad these guys are not my regular dealers.

What a lovely service centre to deal with! Had an issue today with my car that was purchased from another dealership only 4 weeks ago!They had it fixed within 10minutes of being there, without any issues or being mucked around even though it was not their problem. Will definitely be returning here for my car services !
