enquired about a car and asked them to contact me by email but no, they called me relentessly. Asked me to pay a $500 deposit to bring the car to look at, okay fine so I paid. After I let them know I was no longer interested in the car after seeing it they basically ghosted me. No contact from any of them including the sales rep - gave his number a few calls and texts with no reply and it's been 1.5 weeks. I had to call the reception to chase them up to get my money back ..am still waiting.

Bought my car here so get it serviced here due to warranty. Honestly not even convinced they actually do anything when they service besides charge me money.

Saw add on Car sales claiming car had 24,500 klms on odometer so rang to comfirm and was told same. Paid deposit and arranged to.drive from Newcastle to pick up. Had quick look at car and ushered into office to complete paperwork . Left caryard and read 102,500 klms on Speedo. Went.back and was accused of misreading add even though all paperwork stated.the low figure..Didnt want us to take trade in back and claimed we couldn't get refund. Felt pressured to accept token refund by assistant manager. Would not have travelled to Albion park if we knew correct mileage as there are plenty of cars much closer to home that would have been better buys. Taught us a lesson.
