Best fitness centre in wollongong! I have gone to other places where they only teach one style per centre and the price is per class. This centre has pilates, yoga, mum and baby fitness plus ballet, the owner is thinking to also include martial arts and Tai Chi. The best part is the price is capped!$35 a week or $25 if you have concession, that includes unlimited classes where other places you pay a pass or pay per class, i am a frequent user because i average do 5 classes per week, so i could save a lot of money!Also the teacher Elizabeth and Alison they are so friendly, they tailor the class to your own level. The studio also fitted with air conditioner and heater so i do not feel cold. There are also meditation course (not included in the weekly fee).There are treatment rooms available where you can pay extra to get a massage, chinese herbal medicine or day spa etc. They also have organic make up i am going to buy. I have just joined for 2 weeks so far feeling fabulous!I give this exercise centre
