I always had wanted to try crossfit but I was worried I wouldn't be very good at it. But with the help of the awesome trainers, I realised I could do way more than I ever realised. The trainers are always so supportive in assisting you learn the movements or achieve a PB if that's what you're after! The thing I love the most is that everyone is so friendly, the sessions are fun and it doesn't feel like a chore.They also have great weightlifting sessions (something I thought I would never try!).

I was always apprehensive about starting CrossFit until I met Karlo and Abby at CrossFit JAK. They have created an energetic and welcoming atmosphere which has allowed me to meet and train alongside legendary humans. CrossFit is a great mental and physical challenge and I love the variety of the programming at CrossFit JAK. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a challenging workout and an even better group of people to train with.
