A great powerlifting gym with fantastic staff! It also has an upstairs section which is equipped with a little bit of everything for accessory training, the hybrid trainer, or any other type of lifting subcatogory which may or may not deserve to be mentioned.
A uniquely welcoming environment, especially for a powerlifting/bodybuilding style gym. The staff and other members always make me feel comfortable and encourage me to get my workout done.
I recently trained at Strong 24/7 as a 'Newbie' to the gym & I have to say I was welcomed by not only smiles and enthusiasm from the trainers but from the other users of the gym. A great collection of new & old school equipment. If you're serious about just getting into a space and making muscle, definitely hit up Strong 24/7!
I would highly recommend this gym. The staff are super friendly and approachable combined with the most knowledgeable coaches! Everybody here is so helpful. It feels like your own little family. If you are looking for a gym I wouldnt look anywhere else. Strong 24/7 A++++
