My flatmates (two Kiwi's - Bonehead & Handsome!) needed a bicycle box to ship a bike to Japan. For free the staff put up with them, lent their tools and were so helpful and patient. Made the process so much easier. Cannot recommend highly enough how helpful, down to earth and knowledgeable the staff were. Thanks guys.
