In the recent times I have visited this Anaconda Store I have found it to be always in stock, have slightly expensive prices ($130 for a rain jacket on sale?) and friendly staff. The store opened late last year and I was there on opening day. I bought a pair of nice joggers from the store and because I live half an hour away, it's not too easy to get back down to the store. I get back home and notice that the tag that stops people putting them on was still attached. I got back down to the Wollongong Store and the person who served me said sorry but didn't offer any sort of offer. Our family lives half an hour away and these staff can't do basics for the shoe tag. The store has improved since but because of the occasion where this event took place, this store is getting only 3/5.Edit: Today I visited and a particular staff member was very helpful when it came to finding products for my camping list. + 1 star.
Wonderful customer service! They price matched our item and gave us 10% off without any hassle. I also accidentally left my sunglasses at the counter so they called me within a couple of hours to ask if they were mine. I'm really impressed and would 100% recommend this store.
Staff were friendly when we were buying two bikes but absolutely dreadful service when it turned out that one of them had a crooked wheel. When you spin it its ridiculous how crooked it is. There is no way to set the front brake.Wife went there and got sent back after a brief inspection with the lady telling her its normal and wheels arent ever perfectly straight. This one was so far from perfect it wasnt funny... She consulted with me, went a second time, they took the bike and didnt get back to her for a week. When she went there herself it looked like the bike hadnt been touched. The girl asked my wife to wait and after a few minutes came back saying its all good. Wheel was crooked and she told them to replace it or give our money back. Another week goes by and still no contact. I went there myself a few days ago, left my phone number and still no contact. All the beautiful weather and we cant ride our bikes together because of Anacondas awful service.Great job Anaconda Wollongong on losing a customer...
Walked in, found the packs, looked at them & the specials on offer, chose one & paid for it. Stores like this are typical today, with prices to match & low staffing levels. If you want a boutique experience go to one, & pay accordingly. I'm happy.
