Mohammed Who works there is the rudest most arrogant, pigheaded person I have ever met.Never smiles,never says thank you,never does anything but glare at people.I was going into the place every day but because of the attitude of him and the other staff who work there I avoid the place.7 Eleven need to instruct their staff in courtesy and good customer service.
Never ever has sausage rolls or pies heated for shift workers late at night..The last day I will ever spend a cent in there is today...once again told the excuse 'they are heating up'I am so sick of the same excuse from such lazy workers with the poorest time management skillsJust added up how much I usually spend in 1 week there.. $300 a week.. To think that you would risk losing so much money in a week just because your staff are too lazy to heat up a meat pie or sausage roll. Shame on you..After spending over 15 years of my hard earned money in your shop I will never walk into your store again out of principleYou will be down at least $1200 this month and forever more....Have a nice day
