My husband and I had a marvellous time here last night. We live in Sydney and had a little overnight trip to enjoy the tasting menu with matching wines. I cannot fault anything about this experience. The food was delicious, inventive and I learnt a lot. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the food and what the restaurant stands for. The whole experience was fantastic and I will be recommending Caveau to many people and we have already decided to come back again as soon as we can!
I especially loved the use of native flora and fauna and local produce. The nod the indigenous cuisine is a lovely touch. We loved the barramundi (probably the best we have had) and their version of Apple crumble.

The food at Caveau is amazing. The Chef / owner Tony has great knowledge and passion for quality produce. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about both the food and wine served. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality meal.
