Good tradies, shame about the management.My experience with this company was very good until I queried an invoice. Then I was treated in a very hostile manner. It was if I had no right to query the charges and that there was no scope to discuss it. My specific questions were not addressed and I was told that these were the charges. Then the owner started name calling in emails to the point of being very unprofessional. I have since spoken to others in the industry who paint a very negative picture of the owners character.I wont be going back again.

I have regularly used Fairy Meadow plumbing over the last few years and I can't speak more highly of them. The customer service from start to finish is excellent; they always arrive on time and I have noticed they always think ahead and are well-stocked with supplies to save time between diagnosing the problem and fixing the problem. Today I had a water-dispensing fridge installed which I thought would be a complex and expensive exercise but the expert plumber who installed it was highly skilled, professional and managed the installation way quicker than I expected. I highly recommend Fairy Meadow Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
When I rang the receptionist was very polite and professional. A time was arranged and the plumber arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem and didn't try to make out it was something more than what it was - just a valve on the hot water system needing replacement. It was soon replaced and the cost was reasonable. A very good company based on this experience.
