I want to thank the ly lawyers team for helping me avoid a guilty for something I was innocent off. I was charged with for not giving names of people who were driving my car that police say was used in a crime. Total rubbish. I told police it wasn't me and they still charged me for not giving them information I told them it I wasnt driving heaps of people had drive my car. So I had to go to fairfield court and before that Joseph my lawyer realised that the police didn't give me warnings that the police have to give before they charged me. At court my lawyer let the prosecutor hand up all the briefs to the judge up so the police didnt have to give evidence and fix up everything. The judge agreed with lawyer that police did wrong thing under a different law and didn't give warnings to me before charge me. There was alot of legal talk at court between the judge police and the lawyer that I did not understand but my lawyer did well. And the judge find me not guilty. It was best feeling when the judge found not guilty. Thanks to this firm. Adam was good to me and told me I had good chance of winning. But he couldnt do my case because he had another cas that day so he asked Joseph to do for me. Joseph did well for me. I spoke to 3 lawyers before ly lawyers and they all told me to plead guilty and try get a s10. No one mentioned to me the police made heaps error on there case until I spoke to Adam and Joseph. I will never forget your help champions. I have been drepressed since I got charged you people have saved me. If anyone has problems with police call these people.
The conduct of my court case by Adam was excellent. The service was very good, Adam is always contactable, despite being very busy, he returned my calls promptly. Facing assault and intimidate claims that were false, I took my case to trial with him by my side. We beat both charges, thanks to the tactical decisions he made. Not the cheapest lawyer in the world, but worth every penny!
