Rang to get some indication of range of pricing not wanting waste anyone's time should the service not fit our needs. Arthur rudely refused any guidance as to how much the process might cost and then hung up on me. Having never had rugs picked up and cleaned I was truly just wanting some reassurance and guidance before proceeding. Astounded. Looks like a promising service..I guess I'll never be able to confirm that's the case.
