Was looking for a particular watch, which they hadn't got in stock, Ray went above and beyond to ensure, I got the watch prior to Christmas, service was fabulous, have been back for other items, can't praise them highly enough

Left my deceased mothers watch in to store in January 2017 An Omega watch Received back working early April but back of watch and internal mechanism fell out Watch fell apart Sent back in Watch came back not working after they fixed it This is not alone the worst jewellers i have ever been into But the worst small business bar none They do not communicate well Their workmanship is shocking Please do yourself a favour Do not use this shop

I usually never write negative reviews. However my experience with this store has left me incredibly disappointed. I would not want anyone else to have this experience. I brought in my watch for a simple glass replacement as there was a small crack on it. I ended up with the wrong glass (thicker than the original) and a new smudge on the clock face - without any offer for compensation. When I sent the watch back to the watch repairer I had to call them multiple times to find out what was being done to my watch - to find that nothing could be rectified. Very poor workmanship, communication and customer service. If you care about your item, DO NOT trust these jewellers to repair it for you.
