Standards keep dropping and prices keep getting higher. Flowers dieing two days after purchase (in an arrangement from them so shouldn't have required being cut and putting into clean water). Requested a 'feminine' arrangement but received red kangaroo paw and white substandard flowers in a tiny arrangement at a big price. Recently ordered flowers for a friends birthday - an $80 bunch had about 8 flowers in it. Really disappointing.
