Ignored an OBVIOUS problem caused by the screen not being up to spec with my ipod touch and refused to honor my warrenty to get it repaired/replaced. The technician claimed to not be able to see the problem while everyone else can. Clearly he/she is blind or lazy
These guys were awesome!! Saved my butt! I had a film I was working on and my iMac died. I had a deadline and because of their quick thinking and service I was able to meet it. Great friendly, competent staff!
I couldnt disagree anymore with the negative reviews. I have dealt with Mac1 multiple times and their service has been exceptional every time. Just recently I had an extremely quick turn around with my MacBook repair at a very reasonable price.Their team was extremely communicative and transparent.I strongly recommend them for both repairs and the purchasing of new products, which come with the obvious benefits of being an authorised apple retailer.

Just made an 80km trip to Wollongong for a booked appointment only to be told they were short of technicians and wouldn't be able to service the phone. What? They couldn't call or email to tell us in advance - totally useless lot!!
