Booked an appointment for 12.30pm. I arrived 5-10 minutes early. I sat waiting for almost 45 minutes, watching and listening as he called up people who had booked times after me. When I finally went in I feel like he didnt even listen and he just brushed me off and told me to go home.
Ive been going to this medical centre for a number of years now, all of the doctors are such lovely people. Very genuine and very caring, theyve always listened to all my concerns and been honest with their responses. I love the fact i can book an appointment through the health engine app too, so very helpful!

The reception staff our exceptional friendly and nice. Dr Hyare took time to listen. It's a bulk billing practice whuch is another plus. They have onsite pathology and nurse. Nurse was also friendly. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
