Shopping in store at 3pm. Went to checkout to pay for goods, my card was declined 3 times due to chip not recognised. Requested receipts of the declined transactions, and was refused, reason given was only TKMaxx get to keep the original copy, and their machines cannot print out a customer copy. Not really acceptable, they eventually gave me copies that apparently included another customers transaction. Still do not really know how much money was actually taken from my account. Manager was not very nice about me questioning the receipts. Will be checking details on my account. Wont ever shop in a TKMaxx store again.

Great range products, good quality and design but little price! You can easy spend hours there and just lets youself lost in it! My favorite place for shopping, they got it all for all your need, want, or extra special!
The place to come if you don't know what to expect. They mainly sell cloths and home ware but with in those categories their stock is seemingly random. I came with no clear idea what I wanted and was not disappointed. The staff however did not show any interest in customer service taking away from the overall experience.
