Absolutely disgusted at the service. Wife was told 50 minutes at 4:50pm. When she came back at 5:40 it was closed. She had my 4 year old with her and no one around to pay or give keys back. Everyone had gone home. By the time she managed to get hold of the lady, there was no apology, just a rude attitude about how it was my wife's fault. Ive used this place many time but will not be going back again.Also, the job they did was terrible.

Ridiculously overpriced, offering poor and sometimes rude service "Professional" Car Wash is anything but. I have been twice (I know, the second time is shame on me) and will never return. They did an abysmally bad job, missing an entire section of the car, and were rude about it. Wollongong is crying out for a decent car wash. This isn't it.

Happy with their service which comes with a coffee. Nice experience to sit down and relax whilst my car gets clean. My car was spotless after they cleaned it. Will come back again.
