Minus 10 stars a star for every year I have used Europcar and have never had an incident (damaged car or left unclean). Do not use Oak Flats. They cannot be trusted. As I started checking over the car like I usually do, I was talked out of checking it before I took it out, saying they take photos after every hire. (No, they dont). I had to pay for damage done on the previous hire to cover up for an employee who did not do their job properly because there were no photos taken. When raised with Customer Service they did not even bother to respond at all even though they say they will within 7 days I am done with Europcar.
ZERO stars if i could... DO NOT EVER use the Oak Flats branch as the staff there DO NOT go by the book. We went in and organised a Kia Carnival for 24hrs 2 months before hand and the day before we needed to collect we were told they do not have one available1st excuse was someone had requested it for a longer period than us so they had privilege2nd was Sydney was running low so they had to send vehicles to SydneyLady said she will get me 1 an hour before the time needed but when i asked to sign an agreement she denied which led me to believe they will screw me againUSED HERTZ UNANDERRA instead same vehicle better price and organised iver the phone the afternoon before
Fantastic service, everything well explained by very helpful staff.
I found the staff here very friendly and efficient. Nice new car was waiting for me when i arrived, i was driving away within minutes. Much better rates here compared to the airport!
