Waited a whole month for a set of books you told me were coming out. You failed to order enough even tho its a pretty popular book. You didnt even offer to let me hold a set so I wouldnt miss out.

I purchased three puzzles from this store and one out of three puzzles so far have 4 missing peices. I am making the next puzzle and I am afraid it is also missing peices! I called about the first puzzle to see if they can send me the missing pieces and I was told I have to bring the entire puzzle back in order to get a refund or a new puzzle! Why would I want to waste my time to put together the puzzle together again to find out that perhaps all their puzzles have missing peices! The customer service was truly unacceptable!!!
Not a bad discount book store. You can get some good stuff here if you take the time to browse the well packed shelves.
