My wife and I had lunch there again today.As per previous visits the meals are quite good although a little more diversity on the platters would be great.Service however was abysmal.Firstly no utensils to eat with when the entree arrived, had to ask.When platters arrived again no utensils or plates. Waited 10 minutes then managed to get the attention of the staff and asked for utensils and plates. No finger bowls until we completed our meals and this was only after being asked "how was the meal" I commented that there were no finger bowls.We also did not get our drinks that were ordered prior to our entree and asked for again during our meal.Would need to seriously rethink any future visits.
Good service , good food, and good view! One of the best in the Gong! The platter for two is so good! Highly recommended!
Hot & cold seafood platter for two was amazing and filling for hubby and I! Seafood platters are always dear so it comes with a decent price tag. The only reason 4 stars and not 5 is there is a little bit of a smell in the restaurant, not a fishy smell, something else. But otherwise amazing! Have eaten here twice before.
Decided to visit Lagoon after Skydiving right near there, service was excellent, food was magnificent! Try the platters, we made the mistake of ordering starters but really unnecessary, the platter for 3 between 4 not huge eaters was heaps of food. Really fresh and so tasty! Already organising our next trip... Thanks to Anastasia and the team!
Another wonderful lunch had today at the Lagoon. The food was delicious of the 9 people at our table not one complaint all enjoyed the varied courses.An extensive menu and wine list all reasonably pricedThe atmosphere was calm and inviting and the view fabulousThe staff exceptional they obviously enjoy their job and were happy to assist us in choosing meals wines and the dessertsWe all cant wait to return
